Program Overview

The HGIEL Scholarship Program is a transformative initiative aimed to providing financial support to needy students with access to quality professional education. This program is designed to reward and incentivize academic excellence among students pursuing diploma, professional graduate, undergraduate and postgraduate courses. By offering financial assistance, we intend to empower students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Program Objectives:

The core objectives of the HG Scholarship Program are as follows:

  • Access to Quality Education: To provide economically disadvantaged students with access to quality education, thereby enhancing their future prospects.
  • Academic Excellence: To incentivize and reward academic excellence by offering scholarships to students who demonstrate commendable performance in their studies.

Additional Points:

  • 1.

    Gender Inclusivity:

    50% of the seats will be reserved for female students for promoting gender equality and empowering women to achieve professional education.

    Note: - If the applicant’s number are below than the prescribed limit of 50% than the available seats will be allotted to Male candidates.

  • 2.

    Technology-Driven Process:

    The entire scholarship process will be technology-driven, ensuring efficiency and transparency in the application, selection, and disbursement processes.

  • 3.

    Background and Income Verification:

    The student’s verification shall be done by respective collage only.

  • 4.

    No Concurrent Scholarships:

    Only General category students who are not being awarded any scholarship from government or any other private bodies will be eligible for the HGIEL Scholarship Program.

  • 4.

    Direct Scholarship Transfer:

    Upon selection, the scholarship amount will be transferred directly to the student’s account.

  • 4.

    Renewal Support

    Students have to re-apply next year through same process to avail the scholarship benefit.
