We learned in this session that plastic is harmful. It's often discarded after a single use, ending up in our food chain and affecting animals like cows. This plastic pollution harms our soil and marine life. Even in villages, the use of single-use plastic is prominent. Unfortunately, only a small proportion of it is disposed of properly; most of it is either thrown.

After this campaign, my thinking towards the use of plastic has changed after what we learnt here. An everyday thing used in every household is Shampoo. When we use shampoo sachets, it is bad, because it is a single use plastic. If we use Shampoo bottle instead, we’re reducing plastic use in a way. It doesn’t mean it’ll stop the plastic usage, but we’ll be able to avoid it in many ways. The less we use it, the better. Like Polythene, Cold drink bottles, etc. if we do not use it or decrease the usage of it (plastic), we can, in a way, protect our Mother Earth and for our coming generation, can bring a change.
